The call for applications is now open for the 2024 WIN Fellow School for Leadership Education (FSLE).
The WIN FSLE is a 5-month virtual course that focuses on the four pillars of: mastery, management, mindfulness, and morale. Participants will learn to further develop their leadership skills in order to excel in their future careers. The program culminates with in-person networking and learning experiences at the 2024 WIN Leadership Conference (August 8-10, in Los Angeles).
At the end of this program, participants will have a support network of WIN fellows and faculty mentors, feel confident in finding their niche and securing a job, and learn valuable skills in leadership, conflict management, and mindfulness.
A maximum of 15 participants will be selected for this leadership program. Upon completion of the course, participants will receive a certificate of recognition which can be highlighted on their CV. Men are welcome, and encouraged, to apply.
