Please join us for the one-day WIN Leadership Conference: “Developing Future Leaders in Nephrology.” The keynote speaker, Dr. Agnes Fogo, President of the International Society of Nephrology, will be joined by an outstanding panel of speakers. Interactive sessions will include building your brand through social media and leading diverse teams in nephrology. There will be networking opportunities to grow relationships with other current and aspiring leaders in nephrology and strategies to overcome barriers to effective leadership, such as imposter syndrome and unconscious bias. The conference is planned to be in person at UAB and intended for trainees, clinicians and scientists at all levels in academia, private practice and industry.
