Introducing Women in Nephrology’s Fellow Leadership Institute! This is a one-year program designed for nephrology fellows (or post-doctoral fellows) to learn and practice leadership and career development skills that are typically not taught during fellowship. This is an opportunity to work with a diverse group of nephrology clinicians and researchers in various stages of practice in order to launch your career in whichever way you may choose. Men are welcome, and encouraged, to apply! Fellows will receive a certificate at the completion of the program.
