This conference, presented by the International Society for Hemodialysis (ISHD), will focus on clinically important topics in hemodialysis, home dialysis, and treatment of CKD/ESKD. The program will work to optimize current practice patterns by providing up-to-date, evidence-based, practical information on the management of common hemodialysis-associated problems.
Who should attend
This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of professionals involved in the care of patients with chronic kidney disease and end-stage kidney disease. These professionals are primarily nephrologists nephrology fellows, nephrology nurses, nurse practitioners, dietitians, pharmacists, program managers, administrators, social workers, and patient care technicians.
